You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it when it changes.
You may not use Bidora for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, or disrupt platform operations.
You retain ownership of submitted content, including project briefs, bids, and messages. You grant Bidora a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.
We may modify features, impose limits, or perform maintenance. While we target high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security and compliance risk. You may stop using the platform at any time.
